Hampton Inn & Suites Chesapeake-Battlefield Blvd.

We stayed here back in May after our house needed some repairs done rather unexpectedly. We were flustered, tired, and had our pug with us, and finding somewhere pet friendly last minute during peak season, it’s just a lot. The staff here was the shining light during a really rough moment and we can’t thank them enough. Everyone was kinda and helpful and upbeat which is exactly what we needed. This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at and that assessment is based 100% on the staff. Not a single person we encountered was stressed or fussy or anything and that’s incredibly rare and appreciated. 10/10

I booked this room for my hospital travel contract and to be close to my family. The staff is exceptional. Malinda, Brad and the other front desk workers that I regret not having the names of are without a doubt wonderful from the get go. Always A+ personality, welcoming and always going the extra mile for you. We were in a 2 queen room and upgraded to a suite, (dog, cat) and find that it’s perfect until we find our final spot. Jamar and Patrick are always so helpful and polite. We love the pool/hot tub. Shameca is always so bright and smiling, always asking if we need anything when we come across her. We definitely give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ we appreciate the staff here more than anything!

We had a good two nights stay here. Room was nice, shower was good and strong in room we had. And the toilet was a good height where it didn't make you feel like you were getting off the floor.

I doubted I would secure financing easily, but they handled everything smoothly and professionally!

I'm at just about 200 nights this year which is typical for me and I've been traveling 20 years. I'm on my third night here and without exception the staff at this hotel and and the most hospitable and kindest I've ever come across and I say that with 20 years of travel and 200 nights a year.. I flagged this hotel for repeats when I return for customers in the area.. they've earned my business without question.. the rooms are clean, mostly up to date.. I did have a room change due to a TV issue. Not a big deal.. I highly recommend this place

All we did was use one of the conference rooms. Nice conference room though, spacious, but no free coffee which was a bummer.

Due to unforeseen circumstances with plumbing issues in my home, Hampton Inn has become like a second home. Lamicka, Renita, Lyric, Nicole,as well as Ray are assets to this company. That crew goes above and beyond to make the guest feel comfortable safe and at home!! They catered to My 2 year who has social anxiety issues and helped my intellectually disabled daughter feel welcomed!!! My family appreciated the wonderful hospitality and exceptional customer service and due to how they embraced my family.. Thank guys I appreciate you all!!

Had a room with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Spacious, and as far as I could tell, it was clean. Maybe a little outdated, good enough for our purpose. Mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Nice pool area with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was not operating when we were there (9-9:30 PM), and it looked a little bit "green". Pool water was warm, comfortable, and clean. Fitness center was open, but a small area was unavailable due to remodeling. Area seems very busy, but absolutely safe. Free breakfast. Relatively large breakfast area adjacent to lobby/front desk. Free coffee/tea 24 hours. 2 waffle makers available, juice machine, 2% milk dispenser (the milk was delicious, by the way), three selections of cereal, eggs (scrambled + hard boiled), breakfast potatoes and sausage patties/links, assorted bagels. Breakfast wasn't spectacular in any way, but enough to still our hunger. All-in-all, a decent hotel that served the purpose for us. The staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly.
